Do not use the Data Transfer Cable with a USB hub. You can use it with an active or
passive USB cable extender.

Yes. Use the 'Control Other Computer' function from the transfer data menu.
How do I get updates for the software?
The Easy Computer Sync automatically checks for updates unless the defaults are
changed. Check for updates manually by going to Start > Programs > Easy Computer Sync >
Get Updates.
How long will file transfers take?
The transfer time can vary depending on the speed of the source hard drive and the amount
of data to be transferred. Transfers using this cable are significantly faster than using a cloud
