9. Hook Stopper Position

Remove the needle plate, base and feed dog.

Loosen the setscrew q and move the hook stopper w
x
so that the center of the needle e is located between
the center of the hook stopper r and outer side of the
hook stopper spring t.
Tighten the setscrew q and attach the needle plate
c
e
and base.
