CONNECTIONS & CONTROLS
FRONT PANEL
1 RCA INPUTS L & R (FRONT)
Low-level stereo RCA inputs for connection with the line-outs of the head-unit
2 RCA INPUTS L & R (REAR)
Low-level stereo RCA inputs for connection with the line-outs of the head-unit (only
for SPA4150)
3 INPUT GAIN CONTROL (FRONT)
Input gain control potentiometer, to match the output voltage of the head-unit's
RCA line-outs to the amplifier input section
4 OPERATION MODE SWITCH
Slide switch to select the operation mode of the internal electronic crossover dri-
ving the FRONT channel section of the amplifier
5 CROSSOVER FREQUENCY CONTROL SWITCH
Slide switch to adjust the crossover frequency of the FRONT channel section of the
amplifier
6 INPUT GAIN CONTROL (REAR)
Input gain control potentiometer, to match the output voltage of the head-unit's
RCA line-outs to the amplifier input section (only SPA4150)
7 CROSSOVER FREQUENCY CONTROL SWITCH
Slide switch to adjust the highpass crossover frequency of the REAR channel sec-
tion of the amplifier (only SPA4150)
8 OPERATION MODE SWITCH
Slide switch to select the operation mode of the internal electronic crossover dri-
ving the REAR channel section of the amplifier (only SPA4150)
REAR PANEL
9 POWER / PROTECT LED
Status LED, to monitor the operation status of the amp. The LED lights up green,
when the amp is turned ON - signaling correct operation. A red illuminated LED sig-
nals faulty speaker connection, or a general malfunction of the amplifier
10 FUSE
An ATC fuse for protection of the amplifier electronics against overload or wrong
operation. Be sure to replace a blown fuse with correct value! 15A for SPA2150 –
and 30A for SPA4150
11 +12V POWER INPUT TERMINAL
Terminal to connect the amplifier to the positive +12V pole of the car battery
13 REMOTE INPUT TERMINAL
Terminal to connect the amplifier to the remote turn-on/off lead of the head unit
