4. Set the camera's power
switch to "R - L" and press
the shutter trigger.
5. Slide the viewfinder shutter
switch to "C" (closed).
6. Set the remote control
switch to "ON", and film-
ing will start.
When you finish remote control filming
1. Set the remote control switch to "OFF" .
2. Depress the shutter release trigger to unlock.
3. Set the camera's power switch to "OFF".
4. Unplug the remote control.
• Be careful not to plug or unplug the remote control with
the shutter trigger locked, or the camera will continue to
film. Be sure to observe the sequence of operation men-
tioned above.
• Viewfinder shutter
When filming without looking through the viewfinder, for
example when using a remote control, radio control, self•
timer or a tripod, light

come through the eyepiece.
To prevent this,slide the viewfinder shutter switch to "C".
