    24    4. Assembly and Disassembly Procedures 4.1 Assembly Procedures for B223PWL: Prepare a main board, a power board, and some essential cables. Connect every cable as the below picture Prepare a speaker and a MAINFRAME. And then assemble speaker to MAINFRAME. Put the cable through the hole as below picture remarked in yellow circle.

Turn over the MAINFRAME. Use a Hex-head screwdriver to tighten four screws and use a Philips-head screwdriver to unscrew a screw for locking the VGA connector and DVI connector.

Put the MAINFRAME and panel on the bezel. Stick the tapes and Connect the key board cable to the key board as below picture.

Lift to move the mainframe a little to tear up the tape and disconnect the FFC cable (main board to panel). Disconnect the wires (power board to panel) as below picture to remove the MAINFRAME away from panel, Use a Philips-head screwdriver to unscrew six screws after turn it over.

Disconnect the speaker cable to remove the main board and power board and main board to key board cable, main board to power board cable.
