    24    4. Assembly and Disassembly Procedures 4.1 Assembly Procedures for B223PWL: Prepare a main board, a power board, and some essential cables. Connect every cable as the below picture Prepare a speaker and a MAINFRAME. And then assemble speaker to MAINFRAME. Put the cable through the hole as below picture remarked in yellow circle.
  • Page 27 25    Locate the key board cable and fix the cable on the specific position as the below picture remarked in red circle. Turn over the MAINFRAME. Use a Hex-head screwdriver to tighten four screws and use a Philips-head screwdriver to unscrew a screw for locking the VGA connector and DVI connector. Assemble the SHIELD_AUDIO.
  • Page 28 26    Place the bezel on a protective cushion. Put the key board into the bezel and tighten two screws as the below picture. Put the MAINFRAME and panel on the bezel. Stick the tapes and Connect the key board cable to the key board as below picture.
  • Page 29 27    Prepare a rear cover to assemble. Prepare a BASE_ASS’Y. Tighten four screws. Put on the assembled units.
  • Page 30 28    4.2 Disassembly procedures for B223PWL: Remove the assembled units, and then Unscrew four screws to remove the BASE_ASS’Y. Remove the rear cover.. Disconnect the key board cable.
  • Page 31 29    Remove the bezel. Unscrew the two screws to remove the key board. Lift to move the mainframe a little to tear up the tape and disconnect the FFC cable (main board to panel). Disconnect the wires (power board to panel) as below picture to remove the MAINFRAME away from panel, Use a Philips-head screwdriver to unscrew six screws after turn it over.
  • Page 32 30    Remove the SHIELD_AUDIO. Use a Hex-head screwdriver to unscrew the screws for VGA connector and DVI connector. Disconnect the speaker cable to remove the main board and power board and main board to key board cable, main board to power board cable. Pull the speaker cable out of the hole remarked in red circles.
