If it should happen that the connection to the device is lost, it can
be re-selected at this point. The FD 100 then re-connects to the
selected device automatically. This menu can also be used to
select any other machines present which you wish to control using
the FD 100.
At this point only those machines are displayed which have al-
 
 
ready been linked to the FD 100 (see the section 'Creating the
radio link'), and have not been erased from the equipment list.
At this point the screen displays information such as the serial
number, software version and similar.
The FD 100 must be linked to the device to be controlled; this
process only needs to be carried out once. When you select this
point, the FD 100 creates a connection to a Gateway / device. (see
section 'Creating the radio link')
If multiple FD 100 handsets are in use, it is possible to change the
name of the handset (e.g. 'living room' and 'study') to make it
easier for you to remember which one is used in which location.
