4. INSTALLATION OF NEEDLE(ORAWING 1 )

5, 11#-20# needle, the thickness of needle should be decided
according to the thickness of sewing material & thread.
When you installing needle, the needle's long slot should face the operator's left
side, then put the needle shank into needle hole, and take it up to the bottom of
needle hole, then tighten the clamping screw.

5. THE METHOD OF PUTTING BOBBIN & BOBBIN CASE IN HOOK ASSV.

A Open post cap assy~A).
B. Lift up bobbin lever(B).
C. Lead bobbin thread out about 50mm, then put the end of thread in slot of
bobbin case.
D. Put the bobbin case with bobbin in hook assy.
E. Put down bobbin lever(B).
F. Leading needle thread by left hand, rotating driving wheel by right hand, wh~n
the bobbin thread is pulled out, then put the bobbin thread on a side.
G. Closed the post cap assy(A).
