Possible cause of error
• No supply voltage connected to
the device.
• Hardware error.
• Error during initialization.
• Device deactivated or device acti-
vated, but no transponder
detected.
• Device activated, but no transpon-
der detected.

• Wiring not correct.
• Influences from electromagnetic
interference (EMC).

Remedial measures
• Check supply voltage.
• Send device to customer service.
• Switch the supply voltage off
and on again.
• Send device to customer service.
• Check wiring of trigger.
• Check enable of the transponder type in
the configuration.
Remedial measures
• Check wiring.
• Check shield
(shield overlap up to the clamping point!).
• Avoid electromagnetic interference from
high-voltage power lines running parallel.
