Product Applications:
Suitable for metal doors, wooden doors; Door thickness: 35~50mm, Ability for fire-proof test.
Features:
1）The lockcase is made of high quality steel, high strength, high temperature resistance.
2）The latch can be opened by key and snib, convenient and reliable. Can change the direction of latch, easy to install.
Latch Adjustment
When installing the lock case, the bevel of latch should face to the door opening direction.
When the latch is not facing the right direction, it needs to be rotated 180 degrees.
Pull the top tab
1) Pull the tab at top of lock, the latch will pop out

External Escutcheon
and Lever
For External lever handing - Insert flat blade screwdriver in slot as shown
Engage with Internal tab and push down
Rotate lever to required position
For External lever handing - Rotate lever to required position
Note:
1) Pull the lever when changing the direction to avoid scratching the base.
2) Don't remove the protective bag before rotating the lever to required position.
Fitting the Mortice Locks
1) Insert the lockcase into door, secure the lockcase
with timber fix screws.
2) If cylinder is required, insert the cylinder into lockcase,
tighten the cylinder retaining screw, retract the latch
by key to check whether the latch is working smoothly.
3) Insert the spindles into lockcase, (use the correct
spindles for the right door thickness) tighten the
spindle nut.
4) Place lock faceplate on and secure with the metal
thread screws.

Door Preparation
IMPORTANT
Firstly, for the chosen mortice lock, please
prepare the door as per the manufacturer's
instructions.
Once the door has been morticed for the lock,
position the appropriate Aperio or Cortex
template on the door and prepare the door for
escutcheon/lockset.
Mounting the External Escutcheon
Assemble the external spindle into the lever hub.
Use either spindle A or B depending on the door
thickness into the external side of the door.
Place the loom completely through the door and
insert mounting posts into the required holes.
Engage spindle into latch or mortice lock hub.
Ensure spindle and hub are aligned with the
mortice lock hub.
Push back
3) Push back the latch along the latch hole
