USING THE QUALIFICATION
PLATE
The optional Q-View
Qualification
Plate
can be used to qualify
the performance of
the Q-View Imager
Pro over time. This
plate
has
built-in
LEDs that create a
constant signal that
can be imaged over
certain periods of time with Q-View Imagers. Parameters
can be imported or determined dynamically by Q-View
Software to determine acceptable levels of performance.
As an example of how to use the Q-View Qualification
Plate, for Quansys in-house purposes, 10 images are
taken of the Qualification Plate. Acceptable parameters
are established by taking the average of the 10 images,
plus or minus two times the standard deviation of each
window read by the Q-View Imager Pro.
