• The plug is not inserted
into a power socket .
• The appliance is not
switched on .

pulled in correctly, and

Remedy
• Insert the plug into a mains
power socket .
• Switch on the appliance .
• In this case, contact Customer
Services .
• Press the Release button
release the mechanism and pull
the hair strand out of the device .
Then press the On/Off button

again to continue curling . Make
sure that there are no knots in the
hair and try to form another curl .
