Fehlfunktion / Malfunction
Der Wechselrichter regelt von
120% auf 100% Leistung ab /

Die Temperatur des
Wechselrichters steigt zu
schnell an und kühlt zu langsam
ab. / The temperature of the
inverter rises too fast and cools
down too slowly.
Die Drehzahl ist zu gering / The
speed is too low
Für eine detaillierte Fehleranalyse steht das Programm Serial Monitor zur Verfügung. /
For a detailed error analysis, the Serial Monitor program can be used.
Möglich Ursache /
Possible cause
Die zulässige Dauer von ca. 1-
2 Minuten für den Peakstrom
ist erreicht, das System regelt
automatisch auf 100% ab. /
The allowable duration of
about 1-2 minutes for peak
current is reached, the system
automatically limits to 100%.
Die Kommunikation zum BMS
ist unterbrochen /
Communication to the BMS is
interrupted
Die Temperaturobergrenze
oder die
Spannungsuntergrenze ist
erreicht. Der Akku ist fast leer.
/ The upper temperature limit
or the lower voltage limit has
been reached. The battery is
almost empty.
Der Lüfter ist ausgefallen / The
fan has failed
Der Luftweg durch den Lüfter
ist gedrosselt / The flow of air
through the fan is obstructed
Der Sollwertgeber ist nicht
eingeteacht. / The setpoint
generator is not taught.
Die Stromgrenze ist erreicht,
weil der Propeller zu stark
angestellt ist. / The current
limit is reached because the
pitch of the propeller is set too
high.
Abhilfe / Remedy
Nachdem das System wieder
eine gewisse Zeitdauer mit
weniger als 100% betrieben
wird, wird die Spitzenleistung
wieder freigegeben. / After the
system is operated again for a
certain period of time at less
than 100%, peak power is
enabled again.
Kommunikationsleitung zum
Antrieb einstecken, oder auf
Beschädigung überprüfen. /
Insert the communication cable
to the drive or check for
damage.
Akku Abkühlen lassen und
wieder laden. / Let the battery
cool down and charge again.
Lüfter und Anschluss
überprüfen, / Check fan and
connection
Auf korrekte Durchströmung
überprüfen. / Check for proper
flow.
Bitte Sollwertgeber teachen /
Please teach the setpoint
generator
Den Propeller mit weniger
Anstellwinkel einstellen. /
Adjust the propeller to a lesser
pitch.
