Application
The water exchanger is used to support domestic heating systems
in detached houses, flats with floor heating, shopping malls,
service points as well as storehouses, etc. This water exchanger
can also function as a water heater.
Structure and equipment of the water
exchanger
The water exchanger is made of a steel sheet in a cylindrical
shape (Fig. 2A), with a stable particle separator placed inside
(Fig. 2B). Both the connector pipe inlet (Fig. 2C) and outlet have
1-inch internal screw. One additional piece of equipment for the
water exchanger system is a sweeper.

To provide maximum efficiency of the water exchanger, a
200
second windowpane must be installed (see optional equipment
No. TS 39B002). The second windowpane increases the
temperature of the hearth and ensures the correct operation of
the water exchanger system with a nominal power amounting
to 11kW.
Not installing the second windowpane decreases heating power
by about 3 kW and at the same time increases the amount of
heat released into the room by the same value (3 kW).
Attention!
The correct operation of a water exchanger insert can only be
achieved by maintaining a high temperature in the combustion
chamber. In order to attain a constant high temperature in the
combustion chamber, the stove must be fuelled with dry wood
(humidity level: 20%) with suitable regulation of the combustion
air inflow.

3.0 Safety precautions

Safe operation of the insert with the water exchanger depends
on correct use and maintenance.
Basic rules of correct installation and use:
D
Installation of the water exchanger system performed according
to the local authority regulations (Poland – PN-91/B-02413)
Checking the connection of the insert and the flue pipe that
they are properly sealed
Providing a proper supply of ventilation in the room where the
insert was installed
Checking the appropriate level of water in the installation and
the exchanger
Refilling water only after the cooling down of the water
exchanger system
Maintaining above-zero room temperature; this means that
lighting up a water exchanger system that has frozen could risk
damaging the water exchanger system
It is forbidden to place any flammable materials within close
proximity of the stove
Placing fire safety equipment near the fireplace
Operation of the stove and the water exchanger system must
be conducted by an authorized adult person familiar with the
instruction manual concerning low-temperature boilers and
associated industrial safety regulations
