Problem
Aplliance does
not turn on
No coffee flow or
minimum flow
During brewing
coffee, the coffee
overflows through
the coffee holder
Milk is not
foaming enough
or milk does
not come from
the milk foam
dispensation
tube.
Coffee flows very
fast
Possible Cause
Appliance is unplugged.
Power switch off
No water in the water tank.
The coffee rate in the filter is high.
The coffee is too compressed in the
filter.
The coffee machine is not plugged in.
The appliance has scaling
Coffee was taken too thin.
The filter holder is not fully locked.
The seal of the brewing head has lost
its elasticity or it is dirty.
Filter holes are clogged
There is too much coffee in the filter.
The water in the chamber is depleted.
Milk is not cold enough.
Milk foam dispensation tube is blocked
The appliance may be scaled.
Coffee thickness is high.
There is not enough coffee in the filter.
Remedy
Plug the appliance
Turn on the power switch
Fill the water tank with
water.
Reduce the coffee amount
Do not compress too much
coffee.
Plug in.
Apply the descaling process
for the appliance as
described in the cleaning
section.
Increase the thickness of
the coffee.
Lock the filter holder fully
into the brewing head.
Replace the brewing head
seal from authorized service
and clean the brewing head.
Clean the holes of the filter
holders
Reduce the coffee on the
filter.
Fill the water tank with
water.
Replace the milk in the milk
chamber with cold milk.
Clean the milk foam
dispensation tube.
Descale the appliance.
Thin coffee thickness.
Increase the rate amount of
coffee in the filter.
