Device description
LE MINI

Installation
• The device may only be installed by trained personnel.
• Assembly must ensure that:
– only cold air is supplied
– no (hot air) backup occurs
– the tool is not subjected to a hot air flow from another tool
It must be ensured that the hot air can flow out freely, as otherwise the device can be damaged by the
excess heat building up (risk of fire!).
• The tool is protected against mechanical vibration and shaking
• Pulsed operation: no air blasts at temperatures over 100°C
• For installation dimensions, see page 3 (Size)
Air supply
• When using compressed air, a pressure reduction valve and an oil and water separation unit must be in the supply
• The air flow can be adjusted by means of an air flow regulator
• The tool must only be supplied with air up to a max. 60°C
Connection
• The device must be connected by a qualified expert in accordance with the circuit diagram (page 15).
• A suitable device for full disconnection from the mains must be provided in the mains connection!
• It must be ensured that the connection lines do not come into contact with the heating element tube and are not
exposed to the hot air jet.
