POSSIBLE CAUSE
Battery pack is not installed
well.
Battery pack is depleted.
Safety key is not in place.
Blades hitting the grass to
be cut.
Battery pack is depleted.
The blade, mower deck, or
side discharge chute clogged
with debris.
Grass is heavy or wet.
Cutting height not suitable
Cutting blades are dull or
blunt.
When using side discharge
chute.
Grass collection bag is full.
REMEDY
Check to see if the battery pack is locked in
place.
Charge the battery pack.
Insert the safety key in correct position.
Increase the cutting height of the mower so
that the blades will not contact with the grass
while working.
Charge the battery pack.
Clean if necessary.
NOTE: Always ensure the motor is turned off,
the battery pack is removed, the blade has
come to a standstill, and the engine is cooled.
Increase the cutting height. Wait until the
grass is dry before mowing.
Increase or decrease the cutting height using
the cutting height adjustment lever.
Replace the blades with new / sharp blades.

Clean around the side discharge chute.
