If the ALDI Ferrex FS-ARM 4037 lawnmower starts but stops after 3 seconds, possible problems could include:

1. Battery issue: The battery may not be fully charged or may not meet the required specifications (20/40 V 90 Wh Li-ion Active Energy® type). Only use the recommended battery models.

2. Safety key not properly inserted: Ensure the safety key is correctly in place.

3. Fault or blockage: There may be a blockage in the cutting blade or discharge channel. Stop the mower, remove the safety key, and inspect for obstructions.

4. Overload or fault condition: The mower may detect a fault or overload, causing it to shut down. Check for damage and ensure all parts are functioning before restarting.

Only resume operation once all faults are resolved and the mower is safe to use.

Part 18, the mulch kit, should be inserted into the rear discharge of the ALDI FERREX FS-ARM 4037. To do this, open the rear protective cover, hold it in position, and slide the mulch kit into the rear discharge.
