• Press the "MENU / МЕНЮ" touch button consequently and select program «Bread / Хлеб».

The indicator of the first cooking step «1» will light up in the top right corner.
• The default time for the first step – 2 hours.

• Press the " " touch button and number of the step will turn to «2».

Timer will show the default time for the second step– 1 hour.

Upon the program completion, the multicooker will give off a sound signal. The appliance will automatically switch
to the KEEP WARM / ПОДОГРЕВ mode, unless it was previously disabled.
«Oil fry / Жарка в масле»
The program «Oil fry / Жарка в масле» is for fast frying food in extra amount of oil. Depending on the recipe and
nature of the food you can select desirable time and temperature settings.
Keep the lid open while cooking in this program. Place the food into preheated bowl.
Attention!
Do not leave the muiticooker unattended in the program «Oil fry».
The delayed start function is available for this program (see 4.2.)
• Follow the recommendations of 4.1. Operation procedure.

Pour frying oil into the bowl. Pour not more than 0,5 L.
• Install the bowl into the multicooker.
•
Press the "MENU / МЕНЮ" touch button consequently and select program «Oil fry / Жарка в масле».
•
The default time for this cooking program – 5 minutes. The default temperature is 160°С.
• The time may vary in the 3 minutes to 25 minutes with 1 minute increment.
•
The temperature may vary in the 150 to 170°С with 10°С increment depending on the recipe.
• To start the program press the touch button "START / СТАРТ".
•
Add the ingredients into the bowl after its preheating.
DO NOT close the lid.
•
You should stir and turn the food to avoid sticking and control readiness.
•

«Saute / Соте»
The program «Saute / Соте» is intended for cooking saute and other vegetable courses.
Keep the lid closed while cooking in this program.
The delayed start function is available for this program (see 4.2.).

Place the ingredients into the bowl according to the recipe.
