• The multicooker will give off a sound signal when water begins to boil. Add pasta into the bowl after water boils.

«Yoghurt / Йогурт»
The multicooker is a full-featured substitute for a yoghurt maker. The "Yoghurt" program maintains the constant
temperature (+38 - +40°С) required for bifidus bacteria growth and excellent development of yoghurt out of yoghurt

culture and milk.
Keep the lid closed while cooking in this program.
The delayed start function is available for this program (see 4.2.).
• Follow the recommendations of 4.1. Operation procedure.

Place the ingredients according to the recipe into the yoghurt jurs (supplied with the appliance), put them into the
bowl.

Install the bowl into the multicooker.
•
Press the "MENU / МЕНЮ" touch button consequently and select program «Yoghurt / Йогурт».
• The default time for the cooking program – 8 hours.
•
The time may vary in the 4 to 12 hours with 30 minutes increment.
•
To start the program press the touch button "START / СТАРТ".
• Upon the program completion, the multicooker will give off a sound signal. Upon completing the program «Yoghurt
/ Йогурт» the appliance does not automatically switch to the KEEP WARM / ПОДОГРЕВ mode.
«Jam / Варенье»
This program is intended for making jam. When cooking keep the lid open and stir the product from time to time after
boiling due to a foam that may form.
The delayed start function is available for this program (see 4.2.).

Follow the recommendations of 4.1. Operation procedure.
•
Place the ingredients into the bowl according to the recipe. Follow the proportions of food recommended.
• The liquid in the bowl is obligatory.
•
Install the bowl into the multicooker.
•
Press the "MENU / МЕНЮ" touch button consequently and select program «Jam / Варенье».
•
The default time for this cooking program – 1 hour.
• The time may vary in the 30 minutes to 4 hours with 10 minutes increment.
• To start the program press the touch button "START / СТАРТ.
•
Upon the program completion, the multicooker will give off a sound signal. The appliance will automatically switch
to the KEEP WARM / ПОДОГРЕВ mode, unless it was previously disabled.
«Steam cooking / Варка на пару»
The multicooker EVO 0225 can substitute a conventional steamer in your kitchen. The program «Steam cooking /
Варка на пару» makes it possible to cook food on steam, thus preserving the vitamins and other healthy contents of
the food.
