means that the appliance will switch to the KEEP WARM / ПОДОГРЕВ mode after the program is
complete.

пару», «Pasta / Паста» starts only after reaching the working temperature.
• You can adjust the cooking time and temperature when executing the program. (see 4.4.)

4.2. «Delayed start / Отложенный старт» function
The «Delayed start / Отложенный старт» function allows you to cook by a fixed time.
• The maximum time when the course may be ready is 24 hours. However, do not delay starting it for a long time if
there are perishable foods among the contents of the course.
• The «Delayed start / Отложенный старт» function is available for all cooking programs.
• The countdown in programs «Pasta / Паста», «Fry / Жарка», «Oil fry / Жарка в масле», «Steam cooking / Варка на
пару» starts after reaching the working temperature that is why cooking may finishes little bit earlier or later than
time set by the «Delayed start / Отложенного старта» (depending on the filling of the bowl).
In order to activate the «Delayed start / Отложенный старт»:
• Press the button "MENU / МЕНЮ" and select a cooking program.
• Specify program parameters (time and temperature).
• Press the touch button "DELAYED START / ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ".
• The indicator «Delayed start / Отложенный старт» will light up.
• Using touch buttons " " and " " adjust time when the course is to be ready (the display will show the total time
namely time of delay plus the cooking time and it cannot be less than the cooking time specified before).
• Time delay increment is 10 minutes.
Note: When controlling the multicooker via WiFi using mobile application «EVO 0225: recipes' evolution», time delay
increment is 1 minute.
• Press and hold the button "START / СТАРТ".
• Multicooker will start the countdown.
• When the time of delay is almost over the «Delayed start / Отложенный старт» indicator will go off, the mukticooker
will start cooking according to the recipe.
• The countdown will continue.
4.3. Disabling / enabling automatic switching to the KEEP WARM / ПОДОГРЕВ mode
You can disable automatic switching to the KEEP WARM mode upon the program completion.
• To do this press the "START / СТАРТ" touch button.
