1. The appliance can only reach the relevant temperatures when:
a. the a ambient temperature meets the climatic class.
b. the doors close properly.
c. you do not open the doors too often or too long.
d. the door seals are in proper condition.
e. the appliance is properly positioned.
f. you have not overfilled the appliance.
g. you do not store warm or hot food in the appliance.
2. High ambient temperatures and simultaneously operating at the coldest setting
may make the compressor operate permanently to keep the temperature
constant inside the appliance.
3. Defrost the appliance whenever the diameter of the encrusted ice is more than
3-4 mm.
The maximum freezing capacity is 6.5 kg per 24 hours.
Freezing food should proceed quickly to minimize encrusted ice formation.
Slow freezing supports the formation of encrusted ice which decreases the
quality of your defrosted food.
Place food on the ground of the drawers. The food should not contact other
food to allow proper air-circulation.
Freeze pre-packed commercial frozen food as fast as possible relevant to the
information given on the product-packaging. An
food for 3 months generally, but some commercial products may have different
parameters.
CAUTION! Do not consume frozen food such as ice lollies immediately
after you took them out off the freezer. Risk of skin hurts caused by frost.
Cooked food can be stored in the appliance. Let it cool down to room
temperature before you put it into your appliance.
Store your food in colourless, airtight and tasteless materials.
Some food like meat, fish etc. may become dry and release strong odours. You
can avoid these by wrapping them into aluminium foil or plastic wrap or putting
them into an airtight bag or container.
Allow ample storage place for your food. Do not overfill your appliance.
Wrap your food in plastic wrap or suitable paper and place each kind of food in
a particular location in your appliance. This will prevent any contamination, a
loss of water and a mingling of odours.
