Troubleshooting
If problems occur, verify the installation of the camera with the instructions in this manual.
Isolate the problem from the equipments in the system and refer to the equipment manual
for further information.
Problem
No video.
Poor video quality.
Dome cameras lose their
positions.
Camera number does not match
the multiplexer number.
Verify that power is connected to all components in
the system.
Verify that the power switches are ON.
Check that the BNC connectors are securely
connected.
(see Figure 2).
Check the voltage level of the dome camera.
Check the power supply voltage (nominal DC12V)
Reset the cameras using the Dome configuration
menus.
Check if there is unusual sound.
Check the voltage level of the dome camera.
Check the camera ID and connect the BNC cable
into the proper input of the multiplexer.
