What you can do with the smartphone apps
The apps Sony | Headphones Connect and Sony | Music Center are available for smartphones to operate the player.
When you connect the smartphone and the player via the Bluetooth function, you can do the following with the apps.
Starting playback or pausing
Skipping to the beginning of the current track or the
previous track
Fast-forwarding or fast-rewinding
Music
Adjusting the volume
playback
Changing the playback mode (Repeat/Shuffle)
Changing the playback range
(folder/playlist/album)
Switching the sound source (Headphone/Player)
Changing the Equalizer settings
Turning Ambient Sound Mode on or off
Selecting the Ambient Sound Mode
Turning Quick Sound Settings on or off
Settings
Changing the configurations of Quick Sound
Settings
Selecting the wireless playback quality
Turning the AVLS function on or off
Resetting and reformatting the player
