9.1 NX10/15
Designs
Basically, the NX10/15 is integrated exactly the same way as the control unit into the
SINAMICS drive line-up in:
● Lateral mounting of NX 10/15 on the SINAMICS drive line-up (see also Manual control
● NX10/15 with spacer directly on the rear wall of the control cabinet - standard.
Mounting an NX10/15 without spacers
In addition, you can secure the NX10/15 directly on the rear wall of the control cabinet even
without spacers. Using this method, you must dismantle the spacer attached as standard in
the delivery state.
Note
The spacer is secured with M3 torx screws on the NX. The screws must be screwed in with a
T10 screwdriver at a tightening torque of 0.8 Nm.
1. Remove mounting plate.
2. Remove angle plate.
3. Secure mounting plate on the NX.
4. Secure NX with two M6 screws (6 Nm) on the mounting surface.

First, you must insert the supports into the cutouts of the NX that are attached to the line
module. Then the NX can be hooked in on the line module.
The NX is secured with two M6 screws (6 Nm) to the mounting area.
CAUTION
The 80 mm ventilation spaces above and below the components must be observed.
