1.5 Module

The Evolution II contains one module per channel.
With each of them you can convert one channel.
The ten modules of the Evolution II are equipped
with RAPS, the smart Receiver Automatic Pro-
gramming System: On the satellite Astra 19.2° East
there are channel lists available that are updated
weekly (false data are deleted, new channels are
added). During the initial installation the channel
list will be created much faster than via a "normal"

The warranty of the smart headend Evolution II of the smart electronic GmbH corresponds to the legal regu-
lations at the time of purchase.

Video output to connect a control monitor
RF output to connect a measuring instrument, can also be used as input for
additional channels with frequencies from 5-1000 MHz, e. g. to feed in DVB-
T signals.
RF output to connect the house distribution network (the wanted signal)
channel scan and without regard to the settings
for satellites, transponders, frequencies, power
steering or polarization. Later, you can download a
new channel list on the Evolution II by manual
RAPS update.
At delivery the Evolution II is preprogrammed for
the conversion of ten channels (see section 4.1,
page 14).
