    ® Attaching Mounting Plate to Lifting Columns Series 5 Series 8 8mm HEX HEAD M5 x 25 BOLTS Series 8 lifting columns are handed. 10mm HEX HEAD M6 x 25 BOLTS Secure the plastic strain relief block in the notch provided in each lift column MOUNTING PLATE before assembling mounting plate.

    ® Worksurface Mounting Plate Pilot Holes Mounting Lifting Columns to Worksurfaces With the top still upside down on the floor, TOWARD CENTER turn each leg assembly over and align the OF WORKSURFACE mounting plates to the pre-drilled holes in the top. Install one fastener in each of the = PILOT HOLE pre-drilled pilot holes.

    ® Series 5 Table Assembly Determine Switch Position on your Table • The switch can be located on either on either side of your table, but the switch comes with a short cable to minimize clutter. So, be sure to always locate the master motor near the switch location. NOTE: It does not matter which side of the table the master or slave motor goes on.

    ® Series 5 Table Assembly (cont.) IMPORTANT! The master motor has one other key difference. Identify the Master and Slave Motors It also has a hidden kill switch. This kill switch is inside the front mounting hole. If the front mounting bolt is not properly installed, the table will not operate! The master motor and slave motor look the same, except for the connection panel at the back.

CAP NUT Installing Driveshafts (with plastic cover) Driveshafts are retained using cap nuts, which grip the driveshaft ends and prevent them from backing out of the lifting columns. NOTE: To manage switch cable, use the supplied cable clips as shown. Leave a little slack in the cable to avoid damage to the connection point on the motor.

USER GUIDE PLEASE LEAVE THE USER GUIDE IN AN OBVIOUS PLACE FOR THE END USER AFTER ASSEMBLY. Finally, adjust glides to level the table, both left to right and front to back.

Install the wire management cableway on the underside of the worksurface at the rear using pre-drilled holes.

Carefully turn the table over (2 person operation). NOTE: Do NOT use either lifting column as a brace when turning the table over, as this may cause binding.

Before use, the table must be completely leveled, front-to-back and side-to-side using the height adjustable glides. Failure to do this could cause the lifting columns to bind. Before articulation, you must synchronize the GLIDES lifting columns as outlined below.
