  • Page 3 ® Repairing Lumbar Assembly Remove two (2) bottom screw (1a), and pull out bottom edge of Flexor assembly(1b). T-15 Swing the detached side of the lumbar up to the side handle, with the steel wire over the center of handle. Press Lumbar wire into side handle and guide the wire over the center of handle until Lumbar clicks in place.
  • Page 4 ® Replacing Lumbar Assembly Remove two (2) bottom screw (1a), and pull out bottom edge of T-15 Flexor assembly(1b). The lumbar support may fall out during this action. Push the lumbar handles forward to remove lumbar support. To reassemble, push lumbar support back into the sliding channel.
  • Page 5 ® Seat Replacement Align seat rails to seat, slide rearward until click. Adjust seat to assure proper assembly. Page 5 of 5 113018 Rev A...
