4. Disconnect the two wires from the element terminals.
5. Follow the steps in the Removing the Drawer Assembly from
Housing section.
6. Remove the two screws securing the element to the rear.
7. Grasp the element on both sides and pull it straight out of the
cavity.
8. Install the new element.
9. Follow the steps in the Replacing the Drawer Assembly in
Housing section.
10. Connect the wires to the element terminals in the rear.
11. Restore power and test operation.
12. Reinstall the wire cover.
13. Slide the range back into place, being sure to properly engage
the anti-tip bracket.

Repairing a Drawer that Binds

On some units, the warming drawer may bind and not open or close
properly. Installing an additional support bracket on each side of the
drawer may resolve this issue on units which were not built with the
brackets.
