TROUBLESHOOTING
Before calling a repairman, read this section and call customer support. This will save you time
and money. This list include the most common problems that are not result from poor-quality
assembly or poor-quality materials used in the device.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES
The refrigerator is plugged
in but does not work
The temperature
in the refrigerator or
freezer compartments is
too high
Vibration, rattling and
unusual noises
Frost and ice
The door does not close
all the way
Continuous operation • The Express Freeze function is on.
• It is not plugged all the way in.
Make sure the power is on. Make sure it is plugged all the way
into the outlet.
• There is no light inside.
Make sure the device is properly plugged in.
If the LED lamp does not come one,
contact your salesperson or an authorized service center.
• Power failure.
Make sure there is electricity in your house.
• The refrigerator is located too close to a heat source.

• Refrigerator doors open often and stay open for long periods of
time.
• Compartment doors do not close all the way.
See the Troubleshooting section (Door does not close all the way).
• The refrigerator is not stable on the floor.
Adjust the refrigerator position using the adjustable legs. See the
Installation section.
• The refrigerator touches surrounding objects.
See the Installation section.
• The doors were not closed all the way or foodstuff prevent the
doors from closing.
See the Food Storage section.
• Doors open too often and stay open for a long time.
• Seeing frost inside a container with foodstuffs is normal.
• Foodstuff prevent the door from closing.
Move the foodstuff that prevent the door from closing. See the
Food Storage section.
• The refrigerator has not been positioned correctly.
Adjust the adjustable legs. The surface on which the refrigerator
is installed may be uneven. Using the adjustable legs, raise the
front of the refrigerator. See the Installation section.
• The door gasket is dirty.
Carefully remove the debris from the rubber
gasket.
• The doors have been reversed incorrectly.

• The refrigerator is located too close to a heat source.

• Refrigerator doors open often or stay open for long periods of time.
• Hot food is stored in the refrigerator.
