Replacing an Enclosure Management Module

Use this procedure to replace failed EMMs.
1 Perform a Phone Home and contact Dell Technical Support Services as described on
page
2 Disconnect the cables connected to the EMM. Make sure all of the cables are labeled.
3 Push down on the release tab and pull the release lever away from the chassis.
4 Grasp the release lever and pull the EMM away from the chassis.

8. EMMs can be replaced one at a time without shutting down the enclosure.
