4. First switch on the air nibbler and than guide it toward the workpiece. Guide
the air nibbler uniformly and with light feed in the cutting direction. Hold the
unit firmly and as upright as possible.
5. The cut-out section of the die has to point to the workpiece.
6. Switch off the air nibbler only after having removed it for the cutting path.

Inside Cuts

1. To perform inside cuts, first make a pilot hole into the workpiece with a
diameter of at least 14 mm.
2. Insert the die into the pilot hole and start cutting.

Replacing the Tools

Check the sharpness of the cutter and the die. Do not operate the air nibbler with
worn tools. A clear symptom for worn cutters and dies are high increased feed
force at low working progress.
Please note the cutter and the die cannot be reground. Worn tools have to be
replaced by original replacement parts.
1. First disconnect the air nibbler from the air supply.
2. To change the cutter (1),
loosen the lock nut (3) by
using a wrench of the size 22
and simultaneously turning the
die (2) counter clockwise by
using a wrench of the size 15.
