Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Only use this unit according to this instruction manual and for the intended
use.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person. Operate the unit out of reach of children or persons in need
of supervision.
Stay alert and use common sense. Keep body parts away from the cutter and
the die.
For your own safety always use the quick coupler to connect the air nibbler to
the air supply.
The air nibbler creates a high noise emission level. Therefore it is
recommended to use appropriate hearing protection when using the unit.
Wear safety goggles. The air nibble has a hand arm vibration

take sufficient rest breaks.
For safety use, only operate the air nibbler with a quick
coupler. Regulate the working pressure always by using a pressure regulator.
Do not operate the unit unloaded with full speed.
Do not use oxygen or flammable gases as source of energy. The air nibbler
should only be operated with clean, dry air with 6.0 bars up to max. 6.3 bars.
When using higher pressure for operating the air nibbler, self life of the air
nibbler will be reduced drastically.
Please disconnect the unit from the compressed-air source before doing any
maintenance work.
Check if all connections and hoses are mechanically secured and if they are
functioning properly. Loose hoses may cause severe injuries.
Do not open the unit and do not try to repair it yourself. Contact a professional
or our customer service. Only use original replacement parts.
