SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before starting the installation, disconnect the power by turning off the
circuit breaker. Turning the power off by using the light switch is not
sufficient to prevent electrical shock.
Read all warnings and information on carton(s) and product(s).
This fixture is intended for wall mount installation over a 4 junction box.
This fixture must be wired in accordance with the current national Electric Code
and applicable local codes and ordinances. Proper grounding is required to
ensure personal safe.
A qualified electrician must perform all wiring. Failure to read and follow
these instructions could result in serious injury or death.
MOUNTING
Box Mounting:
1. Place supply wires through provided mounting plate with gasket and attach to
junction box.
2. Remove refractor, and then remove reflector plate from the fixture.
3. Remove closeup plug at the bottom.
4. Feed supply leads to the fixture and install the nut.
5. Connect fixture leads to supply leads with wire nuts.
6. Replace reflector plate and install lamp. Reinstall refractor.
Conduit Mounting:
1. Remove refractor and the reflector plate from the fixture
2. Remove closeup plug in housing for desired conduit entrance.
3. Connect fixture leads to supply leads with wire nuts.
4. Replace reflector plate and install lamp. Reinstall refractor.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION GROUNDING Insure that the fixture is mounted securely for proper grounding. Use approved connector for all electrical connections. MAINTENANCE The fixture is designed for years of trouble tree operation. For optimum performance, clean the reflector and refractor periodically with a nonabrasive cleaner. TROUBLESHOOTING In the event that the fixture fails to operate properly, check the following: The proper lamp is properly installed. The lamp is not broken or faulty The line voltage at the fixture is correct. The fixture is wired properly The fixture is grounded properly. The photocell (optional, by others) if installed, is of proper voltage and rating. (see typical wiring diagram) There is no reflected light back into the photocell causing the fixture to turn off if photocell installed. WARNING!
