Temperature and door alarm
Switching the temperature alarm off
early and checking the warmest tem-
perature
If the noise disturbs you, you can
switch the alarm off if you wish. You
can also find out what the warmest
temperature was in the freezer.
 Touch 
.
The fault message is confirmed, and the
alarm will stop. The start screen ap-
pears in the display: the warmest tem-
perature recorded in the freezer will
flash for about 1 minute in the display.
Then the temperature display will
change to the current temperature in
the freezer.
You can exit from the flashing temperat-
ure display early:
 Touch the temperature display.
The warmest temperature displayed will
disappear. The display will then revert
to showing the current temperature in
the freezer.

Door alarm

The refrigeration appliance is fitted with
a warning system to avoid increased
energy consumption and prevent stored
food becoming warm if the door is left
open.
If the appliance door is left open for a
longer period of time, 
yellow in the temperature display. An
audible alarm will also sound.
The amount of time until the door alarm
is triggered depends on the setting se-
lected (factory default setting =
1 minute) and can be changed (see
"Selecting further settings – Changing
the time until the door alarm is
triggered"). However, the door alarm
can also be turned off (see "Selecting
further settings – Setting the volume/
Switching alarms and audible tones on/
off").
The alarm will stop and 
in the display as soon as the door is
closed.
The door alarm is only displayed on
the start screen.
The door alarm is automatically
supressed when you are in Settings
mode. No symbol will be displayed
and no alarm will sound.
If an alarm does not sound even
though the door is open, the alarm has
been switched off in Settings mode
(see "Selecting further settings – Set-
ting the volume/Switching alarms and
audible tones on/off").
