    GENERAL FEATURES The IDEA series burners are characterised by high performaces and width of the performance curves, when the pressure in the combu- stion chamber is high. They are also characterised for other important functional features: there are plugs which can be easily con- nected to the boiler and to the detecting probes, a pressure plug in the combustion chamber, all mechanical components are mounted on a plate which can be quickly taken off for maintenance.

    C.I.B. UNIGAS - M039136CC Hydraulic system The provided pumps can be installed both into single-pipe and double-pipe systems. Single-pipe system: a single pipe drives the oil from the tank to the pump’s inlet. Then, from the pump, the pressurised oil is driven to the nozzle: a part comes out from the nozzle while the othe part goes back to the pump.

    C.I.B. UNIGAS - M039136CC OPERATION Connect voltage using the boiler's master power switch. Make sure that the flame control device has not shut down and reset if necessary using the reset button pressing the clear rubber seal on the burner cover.

    C.I.B. UNIGAS - M039136CC PART III: MAINTENANCE At least once a year carry out the maintenance operations listed below. In the case of seasonal servicing, it is recommended to carry out the maintenance at the end of each heating season; in the case of continuous operation the maintenance is carried out every 6 months.

Fig. 21 Hang the plate in one of the ways shown in Fig. 22 and Fig. 23 in order to facilitate maintenance operations.
