Bleed air ON/OFF valve
not full open.
Leaks in joints or connections.
Cooling turbine rotating
torque unsatisfactory.

Heat exchanger leaking.
Malfunctioning Variable
Ejector Mixing Valve
Repair leaking joints and
connections.
Replace cooling turbine.
Replace heat exchanger.
Remove and replace valve.
NOTE: Refer to label on cooling turbine for maximum acceptable torque value.
