4. Close the external power supply switch, and then observe whether power-related
indicators on the equipment are in proper statuses.

Yes → Power supply is normal. Go to the next step.

No → Troubleshoot the fault and connect the power cable again, or contact ZTE
technical support.
5. Handle the faulty cable.
a. Put the faulty cable into a moisture-proof antistatic bag, mark the cable type and
fault information on a label, and then stick the label on the bag.
b. Put the bag containing the faulty cable into a carton, and stick the same label on
the carton, providing necessary information for cable repair.
c. Contact the local office of ZTE for handling the faulty cable.
