Installation and Operating Instructions
NOTE
NOTE
Bearing Condition Diagnostic System LZD ...
– Recommended operation
It is not necessary to leave the bearing condition diagnostic system permanently switched on. It is sufficient to switch
on to check the bearing conditions during periodic inspections and maintenance. However, once the system has been
started, a complete warm-up phase of the motor/motor bearing to be checked must be observed to reach a steady
state.
The bearing conditions can only be evaluated once the motor's steady state has been reached.

ModbusRTU

– Hardware
ModbusRTU via RS485, galvanically isolated
– Addressing
Addressing via 2 coding switches from 1 (01) to 247 (F7)
Switch position 12
--> Address 18
(hex)
An address change shall only become effective after the unit has been restarted.
An address must not be duplicated within a smoke extraction installation!
This leads to communication errors due to address conflicts.
