The bearing monitoring unit detects conventional interfering frequencies in the high frequency range (> 2.5 kHz).
The operation of the fan on the frequency inverter can result in faults or the faulty activation of the monitoring
unit and it is therefore not permitted!

Maintenance and servicing

Maintenance should be carried out on the bearing monitoring unit when maintenance is carried out on the unit to be
monitored (fan, motor, etc.). In this respect, the maintenance intervals in the relevant fan operating instructions must be
observed!
The maintenance of the Bearing Condition Diagnostic System (LZD) shall not replace the maintenance plan for
the fan used.
