Pressure Testing

If the required test equipment is

available, carry out a pressure test.
Check that the O-ring is greased and
fitted correctly to the jig.
Fit pressure test Jig 09/RP3210Z2 to
the end of the rod.
Attach a foot pump to the jig and
pressurise to 2 bars (30 psi).
Submerge the end of the rod into water
and check for air leaks.
Remove the foot pump and pressure
test jig.
