What it means
every 5 sec Monitoring successfully.
Symptom marked.
every 1 sec Poor skin contact.
every 5 sec Poor skin contact.

every 5 sec Monitor battery is low.
Monitor is powering on.
Monitor is powering off.
Caused by
Press-and-release button push.
Monitor cannot detect good contact with skin to begin
monitoring (page 11, 15).
Monitor has not detected good contact with skin for over 8
hours (page 18). Replace your Strip or electrodes.
Monitor cannot detect good contact with skin during
already established monitoring session. If this persists for
30 minutes or more, replace your Strip or electrodes.
Low monitor battery. Charge the monitor (page 17).
Press-and-release button push.
Press-and-hold (3 sec) button push.
