Prepare your skin
Familiarize yourself with the three chest locations
where you will attach ECG electrodes.
If hair is present, remove the hair where
you will place the monitor.
Use either the enclosed saline wipe or soap
and water to clean the area. Dry the area
completely.
Do not apply lotions, oils, or perfumes.
