Showering, bathing, swimming

BodyGuardian Mini is waterproof and can safely be submerged in water as deep as 3 feet.
• You do not need to remove BodyGuardian Mini when showering or bathing.
• If you will be swimming in water deeper than 3 feet, remove both the monitor and the Strip (or lead
set and electrodes, if applicable).

MRI

MRI
BodyGuardian Mini cannot be worn while undergoing an MRI. Remove both the monitor and the Strip (or
ECG lead set and electrodes, if applicable).

Air travel

BodyGuardian Mini is safe to wear while traveling on aircraft.
Charge the monitor when removing BodyGuardian Mini from your chest
If you ever need to remove BodyGuardian Mini (to change the Strip or electrodes - or for an MRI, for
example), charge the monitor after removing it from your chest. See page 17 for instructions on charging.
