The splash screen of the Sprint Connection Manager Software is
frozen.
Possible Causes
You may have a resource conflict.
Error: Not in Service
The Sprint Connection Manager Software interface displays the
message, "Not in Service."
Possible Causes
Inadequate signal strength may
occur for either of these reasons:
You are outside the Sprint

National Network.
You may be inside a building or
b.
near a structure that is causing
radio interference.
