Appendix J - Alarms - Black Box Echo Series User Manual

The following pin connections may used when an external alarm indication is required. The
6 way DIN connector provides two sets of relay contacts for externally connected low voltage
(SELV) equipment as follows:

Note that the contacts are not mechanical, and have an internal resistance of around 100
Ohms. This should be considered when making a connection to external equipment.
