• For best circulation of foods that are to be blended with liquid, pour the liquid into the Jar first, then add solids. • Some of the tasks that cannot be performed efficiently with a Blender are: beating egg whites, whipping cream, mashing potatoes, grinding meats, mixing dough, and extracting juices from fruits/vegetables. - Page 6 2 containers (8 oz. each) strawberry flavored nonfat yogurt 1 cup sparkling seltzer 1.
