Lubrication Each time a Series 5L or 5RL Angle Drill, Angle Wrench or Angle Work approximately 0.5 cc to 1 cc of Ingersoll Rand No. 67 Grease Screwdriver is disassembled for maintenance and repair or into the Lower Spindle Bearing (119 or 213).
  • Page 3 Install the Jacking Nut on the Jacking Bolt near the head of the Bolt. NOTICE Position the Bearing Removal Sleeve on the face of the Angle Head with the large open end toward the Spindle. With the Angle Head This is left-hand thread. nested in the shallow counterbore of the Sleeve, screw the Jacking Bolt into the Spindle through the sleeve.

  • Page 5 For H ratio, slide the Rotor Pinion Spacer (33) followed by the 18. Wipe each Vane (21) with a film of Ingersoll Rand No. 10 Oil and Rotor Pinion (32) onto the spline shaft on the Rotor (20).

    Troubleshooting Guide Trouble Probable Cause Solution Loss of Power Low air pressure Check air supply. For top performance, the air pressure must be 90 psig (6.2 bar/620 kPa) at the inlet. Plugged Inlet Bushing Screen or Air Strainer Clean the screen in a clean, suitable, cleaning solution. If the Screen Screen cannot be cleaned, replace it.
