All TTL signals are 3.3 Volt TTL signals which are 5 Volt tolerant,
so they can be connected to 5 Volt TTL systems.
Pins 9, 11, 12, 13 are open collector outputs. Connect a pull-up
resistor of 1 kOhm to pin 5 when using one of these signals.
