Communication settings The V400M is a mobile terminal and communicates via WIFI and 4G. This is necessary to forward transactions to an acquirer for processing, but also to communicate with our Terminal Management System. This communication is vital for maintence and regular software updates.

The payment terminal’s communication settings The V400M is a mobile payment terminal and communicates via WIFI. This is necessary to forward transactions to an acquirer for processing, but also to communicate with our Terminal Management System. By communicating with the Terminal Management System, for example, your payment terminal can be updated with new software.
To open the merchant menu, you have to enter a password. The standard value for the password is ‘99999‘. For safety reasons, CCV advises you to change the password! Save the password in your administration after changing it. If necessary, you can reset the password to the standard value.
