    Purpose of this document This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to use and install a V400M PIN pad. It also explains how to access the PIN pad menu, and provides information on all menu options required for installation and s ervice purposes.

This is necessary to forward transactions to an acquirer for processing, but also to communicate with our Terminal Management System. This communication is vital for maintence and regular software updates.

This is necessary to forward transactions to an acquirer for processing, but also to communicate with our Terminal Management System. By communicating with the Terminal Management System, for example, your payment terminal can be updated with new software.

    To open the merchant menu, you have to enter a password. The standard value for the password is ‘99999‘. For safety reasons, CCV advises you to change the password!
